Dandelion
Lion paws spring in a warm roar from beneath my feet Bus stop prayer to a cement covered shrine Low maintenance gold mine Gut flushing, yellow haoled petals No medal but polinator bliss, sunlit piss, oiling toughened hands to mend the weeds Long fanged leaves bite the bitter with the sweet Honeyed throats soothe the sting of silent athems as light gathers tightly Fertilising wisdom into ovarian assemblies of silver starry manes Gashedak across border lines Holding all our names a cyclical letter to the wind A wishing chariot sowed with a fighting whisper leaving stems turning pink in blushing innocence Ephyrae in cordage resistance To plunge in a sea of eyes Medusa will always rise
